Core Principle: We collect only what's essential for service delivery, security, and legal compliance.

  • Professional Information: Company/organization (if applicable)
  • Communication Records: Emails, WhatsApp messages, project discussions

1.2 Project & Order Information

  • Design Files: STL files, 3D models, CAD designs, specifications
  • Project Requirements: Dimensions, materials, colors, quantities
  • Order Details: Order value, timeline, special instructions

1.3 Financial Information

  • Payment Type: UPI, bank transfer, cash (no card numbers stored)
  • Transaction Records: Payment confirmations, invoices (without sensitive details)

Note: We never store passwords, CVV numbers, or complete card details.

Note, we are not GST registered as of the effective date of this policy, invoices will not include gst components.

1.4 Delivery & Location Information

  • For Order Fulfillment: Complete delivery address
  • Post-Delivery Retention: Only general location (e.g., Mahim, Worli)
  • Purpose: Security verification and operational analysis

  • Network Status: Offline drives remain completely disconnected from the internet to reduce exposure and prevent remote access.
  • Physical Security: All storage devices are kept in controlled premises with restricted, staff-only access.
  • Update Schedule: Data is backed up and archived every two weeks using a verified, secure workflow.

  • Encryption: Sensitive data encrypted at rest
